The surgery went well but the dog was running a fever, was coughing, and was not eating. My daughter's dog went in for a hip surgery and was sent home with a fever. I am not talking about the scheduling, I am talking about the delivery of service and the dispensing of the medication and it appears to that you are splinting a hair over the scheduling of an appointment. I will be calling and I want to hear why I never saw a licensed veterinarian. We paid for professional services and did not get them. I saw someone who I believe was a veterinarian technician given the fact that he took my cat’s temperature and did not do a physical exam. I did not see the veterinarian whose name was on the medication and my bill. Your comment however sincere did not address my complaints. I have found newer vets wait longer or stumble on things that seasoned vets effortlessly preform with experience. We have been coast to coast and I have never had anyone say this. I also while discussing antibiotics I was told a pill would be better than a shot and pills to help an infection. The vet name on the prescription was a woman and the man that took care of my cat was not her. But, I made an appointment to see a vet and I do not think I got a vet to see my cat. We loved Harmony Animal Hospital they save my kitten in 2010.
